Oregon Pharmacy Technician Certification License
Oregon pharmacy technicians have to be licensed for $35. This license has to be renewed annually. The pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) has to
sign a document stating that the pharmacy technician has completed a checklist of competencies. Oregon pharmacy technicians are also
required to complete a law CE exam provided by the Oregon state board of pharmacy annually. You may be licensed in Oregon as a pharmacy
technician or a Certified pharmacy technician (they have 2 different application forms) by passing the PTCB exam. There are no
regulations regarding the maximum pharmacy technician to pharmacist ratio in the state of Oregon. The Oregon State Board of Pharmacy may
restrict, deny, revoke, or suspend a pharmacy technician's license.

Oregon pharmacy technicians with less than 4 years of experience make an average salary of $12.19 to $15.68 per hour.
Oregon pharmacy technicians with 4 or more years of experience make an average salary of $14.69 to $17.64 per hour.
