Can the PTCB Score be changed?

I took the PTCB Exam today and I did well on the math section but the drugs section was all guessing. Anyway my results said "Fail" but it still says "In case of a testing irregularity, the pharmacy Technician Certification Board reserves the right to revoke the presented score and the score report including your total job function scaled scores will be placed in the mail in 1-3 weeks and sent to the mailing address you indicated on your application. Your official pass or fail result will be available online in 1-3 weeks.
My question is, can the results be changed? Because I read some information that some questions are not graded and as long as you do well on the math section then you should be fine.
Please let me know. Thanks!

The key words here are "testing irregularity". This usually means that the exam has a mistake on it. It happens. When it happens and they discover it, you'll be re-graded without regard to the misprinted question(s).
However, it seems that YOUR failing status will not change since you said that when you took the exam, "the drugs section was all guessing".
