Re: Which Pharmacy Technician School?

This is a quote from the ALLIED pharm tech school website, "receive one-on-one assistance from to a helpful representative." Notice that they did NOT say, "pharmacist," but "representative" instead. Hiring someone who is not a pharmacist to teach you pharmacy is like hiring a plumber to fix your T.V. The reason for this crazy situation at ALLIED and other trade schools and community colleges is that they have a pay cap that limits the amount of money that they can pay a pharmacist. Since pharmacists make $50-60 an hour, they cannot afford to pay a pharmacist to teach the whole course. God forbid that teachers who shape the future of America make a decent living wage. Corporate greed at work here, folks. I invite you to go to QuickTestPrep.com and check out a pharmacy technician course that is entirely taught by a pharmacist.
