On-the-job Pharmacy Technician Training

Does anyone know how I should approach a retail pharmacy store or possibly a hospital pharmacy about working without pay just to gain experience? Most every place I've applied tell me they won't even consider me, even though I've passed the PTCE, without experience. Well, I say, "How do I get pharmacy technician training and experience if no one will hire me?" Any suggestions from anyone how I could work someplace for free just to get some training and experience working in a pharmacy? I'm just afraid they'll tell me it's against the law or something and a company won't even let me do that. Dave G.

Certified Pharmacy Technician

I live in Jacksonville, Florida and have been certified for over 1 1/2 years and still have not even come close to finding a job. If anyone knows of any company looking for a new cerified technician that will work for whatever they'll pay I'll do it. I'm desperate for a job. I have no money and bills that need to be paid. Please if there's anyone out there with a heart please help me. Thank you very much and God bless.
